RICS appoints new global residential director The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors has appointed Peter Bolton King, former chief executive of the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFoPP), as its new global residential director. Bolton King, a RICS member since 1979, joins the organisation from NFoPP where he was group chief executive for almost nine years. The number of workers at many of Phnom Penh’s construction sites fell significantly following the Khmer New Year, according to same residential developers.
