Supply Trends
 There
are 141 apartments of Grades A, B and C, with a total stock of 2,578
units, which are Grade B had the highest taking in market share with
61% of the amount, followed by Grade A with 33% and Grade C with 6%.
The number of units in this semester increased by 22% compared with
2011. Most of these apartments are located in Chamkamorn, Toul Kork
Daun Penh, Toulkork, 7Makara, Meanchey and Russey Keo districts/khans.
Chamkamorn and Toul Kork are the biggest supplies.

Performance by Grade
The average occupancy rate of
grade A reached to 85%, decreased -1%, grade B reached to 92%,
increased 6%, and grade C reached to 90%, increased 4% in the first
semester of 2012 compared with 2011.
Outlook Market
Supply in coming the next
semester 2012 and year 2013 will increase of 25 known projects which
are coming on the market. 14 of these 25 projects plan to provide
approximately 388 units, while the number of units in the other 11
projects is yet to be ascertained
